BLUEGRASS TOMORROW
Bluegrass Tomorrow is a nonprofit organization which seeks to enhance the quality of life in the Bluegrass Region by facilitating partnerships among public, private, and corporate citizens by building a foundation of cooperation. They are a coalition of business, farming, development, and preservation interests dedicated to developing a regional unified vision focusing on land use, job growth, and quality of life innovations for the central Bluegrass Region of Kentucky, which leads to an environment that develops creative talent.
Bluegrass Tomorrow seeks to unite the efforts of the eighteen county region that covers the counties served by the 6th Congressional District and the Bluegrass Area Development District including: Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Estill, Fayette, Franklin, Garrard, Harrison, Jessamine, Lincoln, Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Nicholas, Powell, Scott, and Woodford Counties. They work to achieve regional solutions that enable the central Bluegrass to build a strong and efficient economy which respects the tradition of livable and distinct communities, surrounded by beautiful greenbelts of productive farmland and rich natural areas.
Simply put, Bluegrass Tomorrow wants the Bluegrass to be recognized not only locally, but nationally and internationally as a great place to live and work.
